This year's SC21 Conference will take place as a hybrid event, both onsite in St. Louis, MO, USA and online. Due to travel difficulties resulting from the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic, the High-Performance Computing Center Stuttgart (HLRS) will be participating remotely. Although we regret not being able to be there personally, we invite you to join us.

Over three days, HLRS staff members and project partners will present talks focusing on the center's ongoing work to strengthen high-performance computing (HPC) competencies in Europe, address global challenges, and promote the development of scalable simulation tools for exascale computing systems. Presentations will look at recent research involving simulation, big data analytics, visualization, and quantum computing, as well as activities focused on addressing the COVID-19 pandemic, developing models of weather and air pollution, supporting city planning, analyzing social networks, and improving research and technology development in industry.
