Collaboration agreed between HLRS and Cyberscience Center of Tohoku University
On April 21, 2009, Prof. Michael Resch, High Performance Computing Center Stuttgart (HLRS) and Prof. Hiroaki Kobayashi, Cyberscience Center of Tohoku University, Japan, signed the collaboration agreement to enhance the partnership of the 2 centers. The objective of this cooperation is to promote research and development in the field of Computational Science and Engineering between the parties. The areas of cooperation cover Hybrid Computer Architectures, Large Scale Vector Parallel Computing, and Coupled Simulations like Multi-Physics and Multi-Scale Problems.
