Service Management & Business Processes

The Service Management & Business Processes Group (SANE) at the High Performance Computing Centre Stuttgart is a research group dealing with the management of services in a business relationship mainly based on Service Level Agreements. Closely bound to an execution of a service are the other research foci of this group, namely Business Processes and Workflows. This Group is involved in a number of european and national research projects, which can be found in the research section of this webpage.
