Virtual Automotive Lab for Integrated Digital Automation Technologies
The projects aims at providing a research basis for studies on control and driver assistance systems in future vehicles using Virtual Environment techniques. The potential of such new systems can be analysed or their value can be tested. These studies can take action in early stages without the need of vehicle prototypes, for example measures targeted on more driving comfort and fun along reduced fuel consumption.
Three institutes participate on this project:
