Access Restrictions

Citizens of the countries listed below or organizations of those countries are prohibited from usage of the following systems due to export control laws and foreign trade agreements.

It is also prohibited to make accessible accounts on these machines to citizens or organizations of these countries.

In case of non-compliance with these terms and in case of improper use of an account the user or the project-manager is fully liable for damages. Furthermore an immediate exclusion of the responsible user/organization will take place. Any project manager is responsible to fully and correctly inform users about these restrictions.
