At the Reallabor booth visitors of this year's Spring Fair in Stuttgart had the opportunity to discover the cities of Stuttgart and Herrenberg in virtual reality.

From April 20 to 24, over 100,000 visitors came to the Spring Fair Stuttgart, which focuses on sustainable developments. At the Reallabor booth, they had the opportunity to discover the cities of Stuttgart and Herrenberg in virtual reality. Among the booth's visitors were Winfried Hermann, minister of transport, as well as the state's environment minister Franz Untersteller.

The research project "Reallabor Stadtquartiere 4.0" is one of 14 urban labs in Baden-Württemberg funded by the state ministry of science. It explores new methods and technologies to support participatory urban planning for a sustainable development of cities.
