Martin Herrerias Azcue

Research Scientist

Martín Herrerías Azcue studied renewable energy at the University of Oldenburg. He has spent the last eight years developing software for PV simulations and working as a technical advisor for utility-scale renewable projects. He is currently a doctoral candidate and part of the HyForPV project at the High-Performance Computing Center of the University of Stuttgart. The focus of his work is the improvement of short-term production forecasts by merging irradiance forecasts with physical models and site monitoring data.
