Research Scientist
Jasper Seehofer is part of the TASC department, working on the projects “EuroHPC Virtual Academy” (EVITA) and “Supercomputing Academy” (SCA). The main activity is the creation of a “Skill-tree” of HPC for a standardized and enhanced training framework, both for the trainer and the trainee.
Scientific interests are gravitational waves, data analysis and HPC applications to physics in general.
He received his master degree in physics from the University of Heidelberg in the group of theoretical cosmology.
