Hackathon by HiDALGO2, CIRCE and SEAVEAVVUQ projects

When: June 5-7, 2024, 9:00 – 17:00  CEST
Where: This is a hybrid event. It will take place physically at HLRS, Germany, and online.

HiDALGO2 project together with CIRCE and SEAVEA projects organise a joint hackathon that focuses on enabling Verification, Validation, and Uncertainty Quantification (VVUQ) for global challenge applications (e.g., those used in HiDALGO2 and CIRCE) using the SEAVEA toolkit (SEAVEAtk).

Any High-Performance Computer application researcher is invited to join, irrespective of their source domain. During the event, participants will learn about the SEAVEA toolkit and engage in hands-on learning by interacting with the SEAVEAtk experts, who will help them apply their choice of SEAVEAtk tools to their codes and applications. Participants will be given access to the Eagle supercomputer during the hackathon (before a sign-up is required). The content and support in the hackathon will be tailored to the expertise level of the participants. The event is open and free of charge for all.
