Siva Karthikeya Mandarapu is a Research Scientist in the Visualization Department at HLRS. He contributes to the development of VISTLE, an open-source framework for scientific visualization in VR environments tailored for HPC workflows. His work focuses on enabling interactive visualization of large-scale simulation data in immersive CAVE setups and optimizing VISTLE modules by enabling the use of GPUs. He is also involved in the EU-funded MERIDIONAL project, developing visualization capabilities to support the analysis of complex wind energy simulations.
Siva Karthikeya holds an M.Sc. in Computational Science and Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, where he gained experience in parallel programming, numerical methods, and applied computer science for HPC tasks and scientific simulations.
