The collection of the following data (as far as they are mandatory data) is required to contact you and to be able to process your request in a targeted manner. The data marked as (optional) may be submitted voluntarily and are used to enable a quick contact. The legal basis for this activity is Article 6 (1) lit. c of the GDPR.

Allowed extensions are: txt, tar, gz, bz2, tgz, tbz, zip. Size max. 1 MB

Transmission of your data to government institutions and authorities only takes place within the framework of mandatory national requirements or when disclosure is required for reasons of legal action or criminal prosecution in the event of an attack on our IT infrastructure.

HLRS saves personal data and project data to be able to track the assignment of computing resource usage for up to five years after the end of the project, except for copies retained for archiving purposes in compliance with mandatory general statutory provisions. For the purposes of a complete and reliable statement on the use of supercomputer resources, project data must be stored at least until the respective computer system is switched off.

The collection of data is mandatory for the processing of every trouble ticket. For users who do not want their data processed as described, it is not possible to process a trouble ticket.
