Ayse Bagbaba

Performance Engineer & Research Scientist

As a performance engineer of the Department of Project & User Management, Accounting, Ayse Bagbaba works on analyzing and improving I/O efficiency of applications. She also closely cooperates with the project partners and application owners.

As a researcher, Bagbaba has contributed to funded research projects exploring new approaches for data-intensive scientific applications running on HPC systems that integrate parallel I/O and machine learning.

Bagbaba holds a master's degree in computer science. Her scientific interests include high-performance I/O and machine learning.
