Research Scientist
Karsten Peissner has been working in the HLRS Visualization Department since October 2023. There, he is primarily concerned with VR (virtual reality) and AR (augmented reality). His current main occupation is to introduce students to the many applications of VR and AR and thus inspire them to study technical subjects using virtual worlds.
Peissner completed his master's degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Stuttgart, specializing in control engineering and design/construction engineering.
