Leyla Kern

Research Scientist

Since 2018 Leyla Kern has worked as a research scientist in the HLRS Visualization Department. She develops software for scientific visualization focused on virtual reality and parallel rendering. Her work includes research and implementation of digital twins, in particular for urban regions and with respect to air quality.

Kern holds a Masters degree in computational science and engineering.
