About EuroHPC Summit 2026
Organized by the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking under the theme “Building Europe’s Digital Sovereignty: AI Factories, HPC and Quantum Computing”, the EuroHPC Summit 2026 will convene stakeholders and decision makers from public and private sectors across the European supercomputing community. This gathering aims to facilitate the exchange of the latest technological advancements, foster collaborations, address current and future needs, and collectively shape the trajectory of European supercomputing.

AI Factories Corner

The AI Factories Corner offers visitors an interactive way to explore the growing AI ecosystem in Europe. Through the corner, visitors can browse AI services and consult information about different AI Factory locations. The corner also provides an overview of the services and AI features offered by the AI Factories, giving potential users insight into the capabilities available. HLRS will be represented via the HammerHAI AI Factory.
Parallel Session: AI Factories: Services Supporting Industrial Innovation

- Speaker: Dr. Bastian Koller, Managing Director of HLRS
Dr. Koller will contribute insights as part of a panel exploring how services of the AI Factories are being designed and delivered to accelerate industrial innovation across Europe. This session will focus on industrial benefits and concrete use cases, particularly for SMEs, while examining gaps and practical barriers to adoption (skills, integration, data, compliance, and scale-up). Participants will also identify opportunities to strengthen networking and better tailor service portfolios to the operational needs of European industry and business.
